The platform integrates seamlessly with leading payment gateways, shipping providers, and accounting tools, making it a true all-in-one retail operating system. From automated low-stock alerts to AI-powered demand forecasting, Contour transforms how modern businesses run their operations — eliminating manual workflows and replacing them with smart, data-driven automation. Our team conducted extensive UX research with 50+ retail managers before writing a single line of code, resulting in an interface that required zero onboarding time for adoption.

Challenge & Solution

The Challenge

The client was managing inventory across 3 separate spreadsheets, manually reconciling orders from 4 different sales channels, and losing approximately 12% of potential revenue due to stockouts and overselling caused by data lag.

Our Solution

We built a unified real-time sync engine that consolidates all sales channels into one dashboard, automated reorder workflows, and a predictive analytics module. The result: 60% reduction in operational overhead and 99.8% order accuracy within the first month of launch.
