Plaza Mama is a complete food delivery and restaurant management ecosystem consisting of three interconnected applications: a customer-facing mobile app, a restaurant management dashboard, and a real-time delivery driver application. The customer app features a beautifully crafted menu browser, lightning-fast one-tap checkout, live order tracking on an interactive map, and a smart recommendation engine that surfaces dishes based on past orders and time of day. Restaurant owners get powerful tools for menu management, order queue visualization, peak-hour preparation alerts, and detailed revenue analytics. The driver app provides optimized multi-stop routing, in-app earnings tracking, and seamless real-time communication with customers. End-to-end, Plaza Mama reduces average order-to-delivery time by 28% compared to traditional phone-based ordering methods while dramatically increasing restaurant kitchen efficiency.

The Challenge

The restaurant chain was managing all orders through telephone calls and scattered paper tickets, leading to frequent order errors, delayed deliveries, no delivery tracking visibility, and poor customer satisfaction scores averaging 3.2 out of 5 stars.

Our Solution
